A half-day opportunity to reconnect and recharge in leafy Bardon.
We'll focus on the basics of mindfulness using body and breath, mindful walking and mindfulness of sounds in the beautiful surroundings of Bowman Park.
Minimal instruction and plenty of space for the mind to settle.
Suitable as a practice opportunity for those who have already tried mindfulness. Beginners are also welcome.
We'll finish the day with a group picnic, so bring enough lunch to share!

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is plenty of on-street parking and a small car park.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
If you prefer to sit on a meditation cushion, please bring one. Chairs are provided.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
