About this Event

Come and learn how to safely and effectively use the outdoor exercise equipment in the Adelaide Park Lands with support from a personal trainer from Pushing Performance.

Our instructor will demonstrate how to use the equipment correctly. Following this introduction you can return to the park at any time to use the equipment yourself.
