Description

Did you know the gut is the epicentre of our physical and mental health? The health of the gut is critical. When we support the health of our microbiome with the right foods, we can experience everything from increased energy levels, improved mood and a decreased risk of chronic disease.

Would you like to optimise health and enhance digestion while restoring proper balance of your gut bacteria through real, whole foods? In this gut health workshop and cooking demonstration, you will learn how through a few simple changes to your diet you can develop a happier mindset, enhance your immunity, prepare natural, probiotic and prebiotic foods in a delicious way. You will learn how to make and eat fermented foods such as miso, yoghurt, kefir milk and water and kombucha tea.
