Description

A mainstay on the menu of many cultures over the centuries, fermented foods were traditionally a method to preserve food before technology.

The healing benefits of fermented foods are now well documented, balancing our delicate gut flora to improve digestion and assimilate nutrients better from our food.

On the menu are probiotic drinks kombucha and water kefir, mango/tomatoe salsa, sauerkraut, dilly carrots, coconut yoghurt and fermented ketchup.
