Event description
Take a guided walk with us on World Environment Day.

About this event

The Australian Bush is unique and beautiful. There's so much to love about it.

World Environment Day is an ideal time to head to the Maroochy Bushland Botanic Garden for a guided walk.

Your guide has much to share with you about how and why eucalypt-dominant sclerophyll forests evolved and why they need to be considered and conserved. After an hour or so of interesting facts and fascinating sights, you'll never look at our Aussie Bush in quite the same way again.
