Join me for a guided mindful meditation workshop and enter a space where you can simply connect with yourself and calm your mind.

Discover who are you and what is it that draws you to meditation?

Whatever your reason is, if you want to explore yourself and connect with your inner powers on a deeper level, you are welcome to join us with our beautiful weekly meditation group.

The classes are run each week on the following schedule:

Thursdays : 7:00-8:15 pm

Fridays: 7:00-8:15 pm


What to expect?

The 75-minute session is completely guided throughout so it is suitable for anyone who has never meditated before and also for people who already meditate.

Each week we run a new theme that takes you into a beautiful mindful journey that helps you to let go, surrender and to give you space in your mind where you feel those mystic powers and magic of faith and trust in the universe that equips you to be able to deal with the usual stresses of life.

The entire session is guided and includes breathing/pranayama excercises, visualisation techniques and body scan relaxations/yoga nidra.

  • A cup of hot aromatic tea will be served at the end.

  • You do not need to bring anything with you as everything including mats, blankets, cushions will be provided.

  • Pre-bookings are essential as limited spots are available.
