Description
Fully guided meditation session, we will be guided through the entire meditation from start to finish.
Suited To
New & beginner meditators and meditators preferring to be guided through the meditation.
What To Bring
Yourself, friends, family, partners, work colleagues – all are welcome!
Comfortable clothing is recommended to assist you in relaxing.
Mats, cushions & blankets are provided. You are also welcome to bring your own meditation props should you prefer.
Chairs & stools are available for those unable to sit on the floor.

Mindfulness Meditation Hub operates on Pay What Your Heart Feels basis. Allowing all individuals the opportunity to use all provided services for what they feel like contributing, or can financially afford.
At each session when you contribute what your heart feels you create an opportunity that allows us to continue to support others through offering our mindfulness meditation sessions.
