I'm Alicia. I create wholesome and soul buzzy experiences in nature to transform life survivors in to being life THRIVERS!
I used to live in a state of lack, resistance and surviving. I experienced 'unexplained' collapses in 2008 which resulted in two hospital stays. This was a beautiful gift. It enabled me to receive the message my body was sharing with me... I was disconnected and I was 'BURNT OUT'. I needed to find a way to rejuvenate to reconnect in with myself and move from a place of surviving to THRIVING!
At 23, I left the comfort of my home in Newcastle, Australia and I flew to Europe for a 10 month self discovery journey. What I discovered wasn't only my self, but the knowledge that I had everything required inside of me to live my life as the most vibrant version of me - the whole time. I just needed to activate it and remove the baggage and chosen distractions.
I walked solo for 33 days along a 786km trail in Spain. Nature activated my true nature. The movement created movement through thought blocks. I reinvented myself and let go of my baggage, aligned my inner compass and could now understand my map of life.

My mission is to empower the world to move from a place of surviving to thriving! I do this through creating nurturing experiences based on my background and accreditations in Personal Training, Kinesiology, Nordic Walking Instructing, Energetic Therapy and Events Management. I create wholesome and soul buzzy experiences in nature to connect life survivors in with being a life THRIVER! I am honoured to team up with passionate Wellness, Fitness and Outdoors professionals around Australia and the world to deliver elite wellness retreats and online programs to humanity.

Is there an age limit to attend this event?
We feel that the content of the wellness workshops is best shared with participants that are 18 years and over. Stay tuned for family and children wellness events coming soon!
Do the guides and faciliators hold relevant credentials?
Please note that Inner Trekker is a privately run organisation and is not affiliated with any national park track foundations. We hold a Commercial Tour Operator license LIC16/41 and relevant qualifications and accreditations in: Yoga and Meditation, Personal Training, Nordic Walking, Holistic Counselling and Events Management.
Is this a gender or religious specified event?
This event and all other Inner Trekker retreat events are not gender specific and is a non-secular event (not affiliated with any specific religion).
Will the event be cancelled due to weather?
This event will be going ahead in rain, hail or shine!
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Facilitators will be contacting participants to advise them of the exact meeting point where the retreat commences.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Facilitators will be contacting participants to advise them of what items are suggested to bring which includes: day backpack, water bottle, any required medications, comfortable clothing, hiking shoes/joggers, poncho/rain jacket, tissues, additional snacks. Please note that this a drug and alcohol free event.
What is the required fitness level?
The required fitness level is moderate with wellness workshops to segregate the walking journey.
