Learn how to improve your soil, reduce inputs and grow profits with Dr Christine Jones

About this event

With the cost of inorganic fertilisers on the rise, learning how to reduce these inputs without a decline in productivity makes good business sense. Join international soil health superstar, Dr Christine Jones, for a workshop that explores how commercial growers can transition away from a heavy reliance on inorganic fertilisers, particularly nitrogen and phosphorus, to improve productivity and profitability outcomes.

The workshop will include a field trip to Jennings Farm in Mareeba. You'll also hear from local growers applying these techniques to improve their productivity and profitability.

Lunch will be provided by Catering With Class.

For more information, contact Sarah on 0499 983 877 or email sarah.stevens@gulfsavannahnrm.org.

This project is funded by the Australian Government.
