Beginning Thursday 12th August 2021, we will run a four-session live group (20 maximum) weight-loss hypnosis program .  

The sessions will include the Virtual Gastric Band program. 

You will see how to: 

  • change the way you think about food, 
  • be satisfied with smaller portions,
  • re-set your eating habits, 
  • choose healthier foods,
  • be motivated to exercise,  and
  • be slimmer - the easy way! 

The sessions will take place via Zoom, enabling you to interact with all the other participants. 

The dates for your diary are: 

Thursday 12th August 2021 7.00PM (Melbourne Time)  

Thursday 19th August 2021 7.00PM (Melbourne Time) 

Thursday 26th August 2021 7.00PM (Melbourne Time) 

Thursday 2nd September 2021 7.00PM (Melbourne Time) 

The sessions will last for around 1.5 hrs and will be recorded so that you can review the sessions, if you would like to.
