MEET OUR SPEAKERS -

Caxton Pang – Managing Director, Linton Advisory Group

Caxton took a leap of faith in 2007 when he quit his high paid salary job at a top second tier accounting firm to start up his own boutique accounting and business advisory practice from only minimum capital and a tiny home office.

Rather than setting up another traditional accounting practice, his focus was on the Business Advisory and ongoing clients’ relationship with the SME sectors and HNWI.

The business moved to the current CBD office within 12 months and started with the hiring of two staff members.

Caxton is seen by his clients as a ‘Trusted Advisor’. He is passionate about the importance of building strong client relationships to be one of the keys to a successful business. Caxton always believed his reputation is his best asset, as he treats everyone with respect and care, and have a genuine interest in their business and personal life.

It’s this approach that has seen Caxton become a part of every client’s ‘family’, acting as their strategic business partner.

Caxton’s passion and vision in the business has earned him the following awards –

· Top 40 Young Business Leader of the Year – 2013 (nominated by the CPA Australia);

· Finalists for the Diversified Firm of the Year – 2015 (nominated by the Australian Accounting Awards); and

· Executive of the Year – 2015 (nominated by the Australian Accounting Awards)

His next goal is to grow Linton Advisory Group to be one of the BRW top 100 accounting firms in Australia.
