About this event
This session focuses on coping strategies that are helping us in moving through grief and loss of something or someone that mattered to us.
This could be the passing of a loved one, a transition/change, or even an opportunity that we held dear to our hearts.

As always, this space is to share our experiences and listen to others without offering unsolicited advice or judgment.
For example, instead of "you should..", use "when I was in this situation..", "I would.." etc.
We usually start by sharing experiences, making space for anyone who wishes to share, dipping into coping skills, and sharing any final words anyone may have before we finish up.
These sessions can sometimes get a bit heavy (such is the nature of grief) so I encourage you to only share what you feel comfortable with.
