About this event

These sessions provides an overview of dementia and caring for someone who has dementia, with a focus on practical tools to manage the emotions associated with change, including loss and grief. 

You will gain knowledge in:                                                                                           

• your own responses to grief and loss

• tools to help with support, networking and stress                                                                                   

• strategies you can put in place to support your wellbeing

Suitable for: Family carers and family members of people living with dementia. This program is not suitable for professionals employed in the health or aged care sectors.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It is ideal if you can bring your ticket. However, if you have completed your registration we will have your details and forgetting your ticket won’t be a problem.
