William Angliss Institute Sydney would like to invite you to attend a gourmet lunch prepared and served by Cookery, Patisserie and Hospitality students in our training restuarant, Restaurant Rubric.

This tapas-style menu showcases a range of exciting culinary techniques in the preparation of various dishes, including beef tataki with ponzu dressing and pickled mushrooms, and confit duck leg with fried herb kipfler potatoes. The choice is yours to create your own food journey.

A wine matching package is also available for each course for an additional expense.

Located in the heart of Alexandria, a food-lover's playground, the campus is a short walk from Green Square station.
