Grant Writing Information Session and Masterclass

Run in partnership with the Department of Culture and the Arts this full day workshop encompasses an information session on the DCA grants program followed by a hands on masterclass offering direct assistance to mid career and senior artists in the grant writing process.
Information session: 10.00am to 12.00pm
The morning session is open to all members and will go through the DCA grants available, the application process and offer some handy tips and tricks.
Information session plus Masterclass: 10.00am to 4.00pm
Continuing after the morning session, the afternoon Masterclass is by application for mid career and senior artists to discuss current and future projects and how they can be framed within grant requirements. This session offers direct feedback and assistance in the grant writing process within a small group of peers.
What to bring: Masterclass attendees are required to attend the information session beforehand and bring along project material to work on for a grant application and to submit a draft for feedback after the session. Lunch and afternoon tea is provided for Masterclass participants, please let us know of any dietary requirements.
Register: This workshop is for Artsource members only. Please register for either the Information Session only, or the Information Session & Masterclass. The Masterclass is by application and places are limited. If you register for the Masterclass you will need to supply an artist statement, CV, link to your artist website or five images and a brief outline of what advice you are seeking from the DCA to firstname.lastname@example.org.
