Event description

Description

StudyPerth has welcomed the introduction of the new Graduate Stream announced recently by the WA Government.

The new initiative provides an additional reason why more students should consider Perth as their first-choice study destination, but how exactly will it work and how should our industry promote the initiative to students and their families and agents?

StudyPerth has organised a workshop to provide an overview of the initiative, an opportunity to ask questions of experts in the field and discuss appropriate communications strategies. Please join us for this important industry event.

Agenda

  1. Introduction | Phil Payne, Executive Director, StudyPerth
  2. Overview of State Nomination Requirements and the Graduate Stream | Jodie Wallace, A/Executive Director Service Delivery, Department of Training and Workforce Development
  3. Panel Discussion and Q&A | Representatives from: Department of Training & Workforce Development, Migration Institute of Australia WA, and Fragomen Immigration Lawyers
  4. Communication Strategies | Phil Payne, Executive Director, StudyPerth
  5. Conclusion | Phil Payne, Executive Director, StudyPerth

Please RSVP (or nominate someone from your institution to attend) by 5.00pm, Friday 19 October. Numbers are strictly limited.

At present, there is a limit of one RSVP per institution to give all member institutions an opportunity to attend. It is anticipated that additional places will be available after 19 October.

Parking information
Wilson carparks are available at 40 The Esplanade, and at The Quadrant (1 William Street). Entry to both carparks is via Mounts Bay Road.
