GQ Australia is hosting an intimate dinner and after party, bringing together some of the city’s leading innovators
About this event
Join GQ for a night of food, fun and fascinating conversation. Hosted by comedian and radio personality Joel Creasey, GQ Big Ideas is an exclusive dinner and panel-discussion event that celebrates all of the incredible things that set Sydney apart.
Alongside Joel, you will hear from a panel of super-cool creatives – think artist and sculptor Ramesh Mario Nithiyendran or rapper and activist Ziggy Ramo. In other words, a vibrant mix of figures who not only define Sydney right now, but where it is heading in the future, too.
The panel discussion will feature:
Joel Creasey, host
Lyndon Watts, actor, performer and star of Hamilton
Ziggy Ramo, rapper and activist
Ramesh Mario Nithiyendran, sculptor and artist
and Qwan-Ling Chew, general manager, Merivale Group
Taking place at Est. right in the heart of the city, GQ Big Ideas will also feature an exclusive live performance, all while you enjoy a menu specially curated by star chef Peter Doyle. And the fun doesn’t stop there. Because following the main event, you will be invited to head down to Sydney speakeasy Palmer & Co. where you can keep the party going, thanks to drinks on arrival and a live DJ set.
It has been a tough year for so many of the sectors that make Sydney great – whether it’s arts, entertainment, music, cuisine, nightlife and more. That’s why we wanted to launch GQ Big Ideas as part of the Sydney Solstice, to showcase just how much incredible talent there is in the emerald city – and why it’s still one of the world’s greatest destinations. We hope you will join us.
