Description

We are delighted that you have been selected to be invited to a learning and networking event at Deloitte Sydney on the morning of Wednesday, 13 September 2017.

This event will explore how you can drive change in a risk-averse environment as part of Deloitte’s GovForum: Emerging Leaders series.

In today’s fast-paced, uncertain and increasingly digitalised environment, organisations need to adapt and be flexible to respond to change. At this event, you will hear from senior experienced leaders in NSW Government including Peter Severin, Commissioner of Corrections, Melanie Hawyes, Executive Director for Juvenile Justice, and Paul Newson, Deputy Secretary for Liquor, Gaming & Racing, about how they have led their organisations through changes and reforms and helped their staff to overcome aversion to risk. You will hear about some of the practical tools and methods they use that you can leverage when driving change.

The session will also provide an exclusive opportunity to network and build relationships with other high-achieving emerging leaders throughout the NSW public sector.
