Event description
Come along for a brief information session on Government Supports available to young people with a disability in their employment journey.

About this event

Transitioning from high school to employment can be overwhelming for all teenagers and their families.

Come along for a brief information session on what Government supports are available for your young person with a disability.

Topics will include:

  • What is DES?
  • What is SLES?
  • Can the NDIS help find a job?
  • Financial support for Employers

This will be an hour long session with representatives from local DES and SLES providers to answer your questions one-on-one.

Please RSVP as spaces are limited to adhere to current COVID-19 guidelines.

Please note, this information session is NOT designed to inform you of how to use your NDIS funding. This information session is to provide a basic understanding of other government supports available.
