With 25 years of industry experience Andrew Morabito knows a thing or two about sausage. Andrew will share his passion and knowledge on how to prepare the perfect snag in this hands on class.
In this class you will prepare the famous Toulouse Sausage, Moroccan Beef Sausage and the always popular Pork and Fennel Sausage. All these fabulous flavour combinations will be paired with hearty salads and a bottle or 2 of ice cold local craft beers.
1. Cancellations are not refundable.
2. The Essential Ingredient reserves the right to alter or cancel a class without notice. In the event of a change, you will be contacted on the daytime phone number provided to us at time of booking.
3. Registration is from 15 minutes prior to the class start time.
4. All classes and events require closed-in shoes.
