Join us for our 97th dinner at Molly and Steve's Hands On Gourmet in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood.

Expect cocktails at 6:00 and our speaker around 6:45 with a family style feast introduced around 7:00, prepared by our professional chef. Wines will be thoughtfully paired with the menu.

ATTIRE: Attire is relaxed and informal.

About GOOD PEOPLE: Most of the enjoyment we gain from an experience has more to do with who we're with than what we're doing. Good People is about inspiration, community and friendships. Who are good people? They’re our best selves, when we rise above tribalism and explore big ideas.

OUR SPEAKER: John Wilbanks is Chief Commons Officer at Sage Bionetworks and a Senior Fellow at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and at FasterCures. In his own words, he "likes making it easy to share things."

He'll be speaking specifically about sharing medical data, in order to advance medical science and improve treatments for everyone.

THE CHEF: Spencer Hunter is founder and chef at Hunter's Home Kitchen sustainable food in Bonita, CA, a business built around social responsibility, environmental protection and healthy menus and event design. Hunter has worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and restaurants, including Brian Malarkey's Searsucker in San Diego. After receiving his degree in Sustainable Tourism, Spencer most recently served as Director of Farm to Table Culinary Arts at the Kalu Yala Institute in Kalu Yala Panama.

Chickpea breaded fried mozzarella + roasted heirloom cherry tomato + basil oil + fresh basil leaf

Flamed Chili Lime Shrimp
Sautéed jumbo local shrimp + lime + white wine + garlic + red chili flakes

Garlic Knots
Hand twisted bread + garlic Italian herbs infused EVOO

Kale Caesar Salad
Kale + housemade caesar + pomegranate + walnuts + freshly grated Parmesan

MAINS:
Flight of Pizzas (all selections can be prepared vegetarian):

Housemade dough
Plantain crust (GL)

Duck Mango Pizza
Duck confit + plum chutney + fontina + fresh mango + pickled fresno pepper + cilantro + freshly diced red onion

Pesto Chicken Pizza
Grilled chicken thigh + pistachio pesto + fontina + grilled artichokes + lime zest

Mushroom Onion Pizza
Sautéed mushrooms + red wine reduction + garlic Italian herb EVOO + fontina + caramelized onions + orange zest

Prosciutto Arugula Pizza
Fresh mozzarella + garlic Italian herb EVOO + prosciutto + fresh arugula + lemon zest

TO FINISH:
Strawberry Cream Clouds

Meyer lemon whipped cream cheese + coconut graham cracker crumble + strawberry rhubarb coulis + basil oil + chiffonade mint & basil

Drinks at 6:00, dinner at 7:00. Though a cocktail and some wine will be provided, guests are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to share. Menu update coming soon to help you choose your bottles. We always make sure vegetarian friends will have plenty to eat. Please contact Raman if you have any other dietary restrictions.
