New year - new you? Maybe you've been dealing with gut health issues for awhile and just need a fresh dose of inspiration. Perhaps you're curious about gut health and just need a place to start. Join us for our Good Gut - Low FODMAP Cooking class and learn Kerith's tips and tricks for keeping your options open when it comes to nourishing food, every day.
Dr Kerith Duncanson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with 30 years of dietetics experience. Through her role as a research dietitian in gastrointestinal nutrition and functional gut disorders she's developed a range of delicious, low-FODMAP dishes that she'll be sharing with us on the day.
