Join us in Sir Stamford at Circular Quay for an exclusive whisky dinner, hosted by David Ligoff from World of Whisky.

You can sit back, relax and enjoy an incredible four course dining experience prepared by Executive Chef Jack Wang, perfectly paired with unique fine whiskies from around the globe.

Canape:

Ceviche of sashimi tuna with fennel dressing

Entree:

Saltimbocca loin of pork served with sweet corn, pork belly, polenta and pearl barley
