What are the different conference registration options?
There are 3 conference registration options:
1) Standard Member Registration:
The Standard Member Registration applies to Golden Key members only. It gives you all-inclusive access to every event at the Asia-Pacific Conference 2016. This pass is a great option if you are coming in for the duration of the conference and want to take advantage of everything from the Opening Session and Welcome BBQ, to all workshops, all speakers, panels, Expo, service event, Gala Dinner and much more!
2) Member’s Guest Registration:
Member’s Guest Registration includes the Saturday Gala Dinner only and is available to guests of members.
3) Non-Member Registration:
Non-Member Registration is available for non-Golden Key members. This opens on 20 November 2016.
Non-Member Registration reflects the full conference pricing and is not reduced by any Golden Key subsidies applied to member registration for conferences. These conference subsidies are a member benefit.
What is included in the registration fee?
The Standard Member Registration and Non-Member Registration allows you full access to all workshops and events throughout the conference. This also includes the following meals:
Thursday: Welcome BBQ dinner
Friday: Networking Lunch and Snacks
Saturday: Snacks and Gala Dinner (2 course meal, canapes and drinks)
The Member’s Guest Registration allows access to the Saturday Gala Dinner only.
Registration fees do not include flights, travel, accommodation or personal expenses.
What if I have special needs/requests? Is there a place to note this on registration?
If you have any special needs, requests or dietary requirements, please note these under the ‘Allergies’ section when registering for the conference via Eventbrite. If you need to provide additional information, please email email@example.com.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellations before 6 December attract a $35 cancellation fee.
From 7 December to 31 January the cancellation fee is $60.
From 1 February, cancellation results in a 100% forfeit of the registration fee.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No, tickets are not transferrable and the name on the ticket must match the name of the attendee.
Can I register a guest to bring with me?
Yes, you may bring guests. Guests that are not Golden Key members can purchase the Non-Member Registration option. If you are only bringing a guest for the Gala Dinner on Saturday, you can purchase the Member’s Guest Registration option.
Can I attend the conference if I am not a Golden Key member?
Yes, you can. Please purchase the Non-Member Registration ticket option.
If I am an Advisor or chapter officer, are any of my costs covered?
Golden Key Asia-Pacific Chapter Advisors have their registration costs covered for the duration of the conference. Please contact email@example.com directly to register your information and let us know of any special requirements.
Chapter officers and committee members are not covered for the conference. Please work with your local chapter for university fundraising opportunities and chapter funding grants.
Are scholarships or travel grants available?
Some Golden Key chapters have funding available to assist members in attending the conference. To find out if your chapter is offering a travel grant for the conference, please contact your local Chapter President by searching for your chapter via this link.
