By attending Momentum Church's Go Kids Event, you and your family agree to adhere to the following COVID-19 regulations:-

• You or anyone in your booking do not have any symptoms associated with COVID-19 (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, sneezing/runny nose or loss of sense of smell)

• You or anyone in your booking have not been in contact with any known or suspected cases of COVID-19 in the past 14 days

• You or anyone in your booking have not returned, or been in contact with anyone else who has returned, from overseas in the past 14 days.

• If you begin to have symptoms or if one of the above agreements changes, please do not attend church. It's better to be safe than sorry!

Please be aware of the following:-

• Before entering each person must be checked in before going into the Hall or Room. Only those who have booked are able to attend the event, please do not bring extra guests on the day without prior registration or consent from Momentum Church.
