Description

Since being diagnosed with coeliac disease six years ago, Emily has developed a range of wholesome gluten free sourdough bread recipes. She is passionate about using organic wholegrains and creating simple recipes that you can make easily at home.

In this four hour workshop you will learn how to make gluten free breads for yourself at home - including gluten free batter bread, sourdough flat bread, soaked fruit hot cross buns, buckwheat pancakes and more. All recpes are coeliac friendly and are 100% gluten, soy, nut and dairy free.

Each partcipant will take home:
~ a copy of Emily's recipe book "The Art of Gluten Free Baking"
~ a jar of organic rice flour sourdough starter
~ a 599g bag each of organic rice, sorghum and tapioca flours
~ plus all the delicious breads you bake on the day
