Hey guys!!!!

I am a big fan of educating and I really want to share with you everything I know on glute training, especially what I have learnt from this man (pictured above) Bret Contreras AKA 'The Glute Guy'.

From glute activation techniques, banded warm up and finishers, to single leg work, the difference between a glute bridge and a hip thrust and how to master the posterior pelvic tilt to really maximise your glute activation.

This 1.5hr session YOU will try and master all these exercises. You will leave will with a head full of knowledge and the exercises that work for YOU as well as great glute pump.

So whether its to grow your glutes, increase athletic performance, work around a injury or you just want a great session come join me.

There is on street free parking around the venue, Riley Street, Crown street are a few.
