Most of us know that the glutes are an incredibly important muscle group for many reasons, including preventing injury, improving performance, awesome posture and helping you look great in your clothes! Weak glutes can contribute to back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, and a million other symptoms.


During this Glute Strengthening Workshop, you will learn some of the best exercises you can do to get your glutes properly fired up and working for you. These will help you move better, feel better, and kick your training up a notch. You will also learn how to activate your glute muscles PROPERLY to enhance your performance and function.
