World leaders have set ambitious goals for child and adolescent health in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Global Strategy for Women's, Children's and Adolescent's Health 2016-2030. These goals aim to end preventable deaths of around 6 million children and to realise the potential of the largest ever generation of adolescents to improve health and education, end poverty and address climate change.
We're a part of the effort to achieve these global goals here in Melbourne. Together The Royal Children's Hospital, Murdoch Childrens Research Institute and the University of Melbourne are the Melbourne Children's Campus, the largest child and adolescent health research group in the region.
