Description

What makes a great leader? How do I become the next CEO? Where do I start?

This November UCL is excited to bring the recently launched Global Alumni Leadership Series to two of the world’s most stimulating cities, Shanghai and Beijing. This new series brings UCL recent graduates together with inspiring leaders.

UCL is thrilled to announce that the Global Leader will be Adrian Punaks, the Executive Director of Development at UCL. Join Adrian for an exclusive masterclass on how to build your personal networks to achieve business success.

Adrian has used his relationship building skills and experience as a senior leader in UCL’s Office of the Vice-Provost of Advancement during its most ambitious and successful philanthropic campaign to date, It's All Academic. Adrian will share his tips on:

  • Making an impression

  • Building an effective network

  • How to maintain your network when you are time poor

  • How to get the most out of your conversations

How to get involved?

As we are anticipating that the session will be extremely popular, interested attendees will need to complete a short application to attend. You will need to consider your answer to the following:

  • What motivates you to attend this unique session?

  • What do you think makes a great networker? (Answers to this question will be used to prompt discussion in the group)

You will also need to supply a link to your LinkedIn or a summary of your CV.

There are a limited number of application places which are operated on a first-come, first-served basis.
