Event description

Glee Club is a choir that requires no audition and no commitment.

All you need to do is come along on a Tuesday night, get yourself a ticket, maybe a drink from the bar, and join in an hour of singing and good times!

At Glee Club, we know that singing makes you feel good, enriches your life, and is fun. We believe that everyone can participate no matter their level of confidence or experience. We think that there should be no barriers to singing, so there is no commitment to come every week – just rock up when you want the buzz we all get from singing.

Our musical directors love to share their expertise and don’t mind being a bit daggy in the name of good times and good music. At Glee Club there are no solos, no microphones, no auditions, and no show ponies – just a big group sing of some of the best pop music on the planet.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The Butterfly Club is a licensed venue. Accordingly, patrons under 18 are only allowed on premises in the company of a parent or legal guardian.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We strongly encourage using public transport. The Butterfly Club is a short stroll from Flinders Street station and Melbourne Central, and an even shorter stroll from any tram that travels through Swanston or Collins Streets (get off at Town Hall).

There are no refunds or exchanges. Exceptions are made in extraordinary circumstances at the Club's discretion: if there is a sensible reason why you should receive a refund, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. We have a full record of all attendees and will be able to let you in whether you bring a printed copy of your ticket or not.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
