Girls in Tech Australia come together with a collective of local communities, to bring you Mentor Walks: International Women's Day Celebration.

After the year had by all, it's a great time to bring the community together in a casual environment with the opportunity to be mentored by some of the most inspiring leaders in business and tech across Australia.

At Girls in Tech Mentor Walk, you’ll be able to connect with groups of like-minded women in tech and walk alongside inspiring mentors that will provide a safe and comfortable casual environment to discuss any challenges, troubleshoot or gain strategic guidance you may need for your business or workplace.

The mentors you will meet are:

• Louise Flynn - Co-Founder, BrightCanvas and River City Labs Mentor
• Denica Saunders - Chief Operating Officer, Collection House
• Michelle Wade - Strategic Marketing Consultant, Wade Marketing

We’ll walk for 45 minutes with mentors, and there will be an opportunity for networking and light refreshments afterwards with all participants.

This Mentor Walk is of course kid friendly, pet friendly, partner friendly. You may want to bring your entourage with you - it’s a super open event where we can all benefit from the mentorship.

What to expect

• 8am: Registration opens
• 8:30-9:30am: GiT Mentor Walks
• 9:30-10:30am: Networking and refreshments

Health & safety: we’re expecting a small gathering of 20 people and will be providing hand sanitiser - please be mindful of body contact in light of COVID-19 concerns.
