Gabi’s kombucha is unique on the popular booch market because not only does she add healing flowers to her first fermentation of green tea, but Gabi places a delicious variety of fruits, herbs and spices in her bottles for the 2nd fermentation which is not only a visual delight to the eye but enables the consumer to regulate the length of continuous fermentation in the bottle to suit their own taste buds.

Gabi’s passion for and knowledge of batch brewing and continuous brewing kombucha is extensive. She loves sharing brewing techniques with everyone and provides continuous back-up support and encourangement via email and phone for everyone who want to try brewing this incredible beverage for themselves.
