Looking for a different and fun way to connect with your daughter? This book club could be for you.

Enjoy food, coffee and books at the glamorous Civic Digest Cafe (Wheeler Place). Each month we'll read, discuss and have fun with a novel that you'll BOTH enjoy.

Coffee, drinks and treats can be purchased at the cafe.

Perfect for girls in Years 5-8 and adults (mother, grandma, friends).

Free. Bookings essential.


SESSIONS

Tuesday 9 May, 4pm - 5pm: A Single Stone by Meg McKinlay
Honour Book, 2016 CBCA Book of the Year Awards. An engaging, beautifully written novel, set in a dystopian society with strong female characters.

Tuesday 13 June, 4pm - 5pm: Smile by Raina Telgemeier
A humourous and charming coming-of-age story told in graphic novel format.

Tuesday 11 July, 4pm - 5pm: The Forgotten Pearl by Belinda Murrell
It's 1941 and Darwin is a peaceful paradise. Soon everything will change forever!
