Join us for an exciting afternoon of exploration and discovery at Julia Gillard Library Tarneit!

Samyuktha and Srushti from Girls for Science Melbourne will be running a workshop celebrating diversity. We'll be learning about scientists from different cultural backgrounds and have fun creating a hands-on science experiment.

• This session is for kids 8-12 who live in Wyndham.
• All genders welcome.
• All materials provided.

About Girls for Science:

Girls for Science's mission is to empower women worldwide through the power of education and advocacy. Girls for Science Inc. hope to enhance the educational opportunities available to students to inspire them to learn about the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Samyuktha Sriganesh and Srushti Shah have both graduated their Bachelor of Science studies at The University of Melbourne and are the founders of the Girls for Science Melbourne chapter. Samyuktha and Srushti grew up in the Wyndham area and are keen to encourage local young people to get involved in STEM.
