GirlRide! Special Black Friday Edition
Event Information
About this Event
This Friday Rapha swapping the shops for the drops – and instead of a Black Friday sale, will be donating one bicycle to World Bicycle Relief for every 1000km ridden. (https://www.rapha.cc/us/en_US/stories/rapha-black-friday-ride)
I thought it would be cool if this community reached one bicycle donated on our collective behalf!
So, for this special edition this Black Friday, this is what you need to know:
DETAILS:
+ We will still meet at Admiral Cheng Ho at 6:10am, I will take a group photo, and we will roll at 6:15.
+ This remains a drop-ride and you are welcome to go at your own pace. If we have large numbers, we will leave in smaller groups for safety.
+ Hopefully there will be lots of familiar faces to follow around, but I’ll email out a GPX file later in the week for people to put on their devices if you need.
COFFEE:
+ Maker Coffee on North Street in Richmond have agreed to host us for the post-ride brew, as they have a bit more outdoor space. (Once your come out of the Studley Park Climb, keep riding the Boulevard to the end, go right downhill at Walmer St, over the bridge, down Burnley, and left onto North St.)
BUT feel free to get your fix from Admiral as per usual if that’s more convenient.
MAKE IT COUNT: Please join the Strava group so your Kms count on the day!

PLEASE RSVP:
+ Even though the restrictions are easing and more numbers are allowed, we would love you to keep booking in via EventBrite to help out with contact tracing if needed.
