#GirlGains Walk For Wellbeing

The plan is for us all to meet at Bondi and do the coastal walk together and just soak up some fresh air, sunshine and good company. We'll stop along the way to hear from some guest speakers on various tips to achieve wellbeing - from nutrition and gut health to yoga and breathing sequences. We'll finish off with a group brunch at one of Bondi's amazing health cafes!
