Sam Connelly - Testing with Killer Robots
I asked my fellow minions to build a robot as part of a company wide month long robotics challenge. The initial goal was to build a robot that could help the test team but conversations soon turned to how we will welcome our new robotic overlords. This talk is an overview of this challenge.
Kim Chatterjee - The decisions you didn't know you made
There's stuff you don't know about what you "know". In a fun book report-style, peppered with anecdotes and cringe-worthy stories, we'll explore what we DO know about cognitive biases, and how we can harness this to understand people and design better.
Hope Delahunty - Rejection
Speaking from a recent experience, Hope is keen to share the process that we go through when we are rejected from something that we go for. As agile women who are keen to stay on top of the many changes that are happening in our industry, how can we continuously reach further, push ourselves and remain resilient in this big bad world.
*Note: Please try to arrive on time as the lifts need swipe access to get to Level 6. There will be someone to swipe people up, but they can’t stay downstairs forever!
