The Annual General Meeting of Gippsland Women's Health Inc will commence at 5pm with a meet and greet on Thursday 5th November 2015 at Traralgon Vineyard 140 Burnets Road, Traralgon.

One of Australia's most successful ARIA award-winning songwriters, Logie nominated actor (Channel 10's Offspring), and the founder of Big Hearted Business, where she teaches creative people about business, and business people abouted creativity, Clare Bowditch will be guest speaker at 5.30pm. A light supper will be available following the guest speaker.

The Annual General Meeting will commence at 6.30pm.

AGM Business to be conducted:

a) to confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting

b) to receive the report of the Board and the audited statements of accounts for the year to 30 June, 2015

c) for the transaction of any business of which at least 21 days’ notice has been given

d) to elect members of the Board

e) to consider those matters required by the Standard Conditions of Funding.

Five (5) positions on the GWH Board will become vacant at this AGM. These positions are for a 2-year term (2015-2017). Retiring Board members are eligible for re-nomination and re-election at the 2015 AGM. In accordance with the requirements of the GWH Constitution, nominations must be made on the approved Nomination Paper and must be lodged at GWH by 4:00pm on Tuesday 3rd, November 2015. No late nominations will be accepted. If more nominations than vacancies are received an election will be held at the AGM.
