Refund / Reschedule Policy

Tickets purchased to a public Gin School are not refundable. Republic of Fremantle require a 24-hour notice period to reschedule your session, email info@republicoffremantle.com to make changes. Failure to reschedule within the 24-hour notice will incur a forfeit of booking.

If you catch the train to Fremantle Train Station, the Distillery is a 3-min walk from the Station. Alternatively, you can park close by at Victoria Quay Wilson carpark alongside B Shed, as there is limited street parking available.

Can I bring someone with me?

To accompany another guest attending Gin School, they are required to have a valid ticket for the session. All attendees must be over the age of 18+ years, this includes accompanying minors.

Join us for a hands on experience creating your own botanical bill and distilling your own Gin in our mini pot stills.

Distil Your Own Gin At Republic of Fremantle

Step into our working distillery and learn the art of gin-making in a hands-on, two-hour class. You’ll distil your very own 500ml bottle of gin on a beautiful mini pot still and leave with a deeper understanding of what goes into making world-class spirits.

Held on the mezzanine overlooking our one-of-a-kind copper stills, this immersive experience is perfect for gin lovers, creative dates, or a memorable night out with friends.

Your Gin School Experience Includes:

Gin & Tonic on arrival
Guided distilling session using mini pot stills
500ml bottle of your custom-distilled gin to take home
A short history of distilling and insight into our process
10% off all takeaway and retail bottles on the day
