About this event
If you love gin and love getting creative, you’ll love this gin infusion masterclass!
This masterclass will take place at the Ballara Art & Lifestyle Retreat.
In this masterclass you will be able to make 8 x gin infusions (4 of which you will trial on the day and 4 x of which you will take home) using your choice of dehydrated fruit and botanicals.
The masterclass will take 1.5 hours.
Class includes:
4 x 1/2 shots of gin – to trial your infusions on the day
A large variety of botanicals and dehydrated fruit to make your infusions
Tonic water or soda water
Empty infusion bags (so you can make your own!)
Mortar and pestel – to grind your mix of fruit and botanicals.
Botanicals and fruit which you do not use at the workshop will be yours to take home.
Individual grazing platter (please advise dietary requirements).
