Whether you're an experienced juniper junkie or new to the world of gin, we invite you to sit down with us & enhance your appreciation of this amazing spirit. The sessions are part background theory but predominantly practical so you can enhance your drinking experience!

* the history of gin

* how you can use your senses to explore the botanicals

* gin styles (i.e. London Dry, Old Tom, sloe, contemporary, barrel-aged)

* the gin & tonic – match made in heaven or in hell?

* when to mix & when not to mix

* making gin cocktails

as well as open the floor to Q&A!

Each guest receives

* a tasting board featuring three gins with different botanical emphasis (spicy, floral & citrus)

* a premium gin & tonic

* a mini dry martini

These are small group sessions with a maximum of 8 guests to keep it friendly, personable & interactive! These tickets are for our in-depth sessions of approx 75 min duration. We also conduct monthly lite Gin Discovery Sessions which run for approx 30 mins with tickets also available on Eventbrite.
