About this event
We're celebrating the final cozy and cool nights of the season with a Late Winter Gin Feast on the last weekend before we herald the arrival of springtime blooms and warmer days.
Joining us is special guest distiller from Bondi Liquor Co, one of Sydney's fastest growing distilleries to answer your questions. You'll hear stories from The Fox Hole's in-house gin experts about each of this season's Australian and selected imported gins.
This dinner is available for one weekend only. Each gin is carefully selected, paired with garnishes, tonic water or other premium mixer and then perfectly paired with a five-course meal prepared by our chef and served to the centre of your table.
