About this event
Giant Steps Chief Winemaker Steve Flamsteed and 2016 gourmet traveller wine winemaker of the year is all about a minimal-intervention approach and winemaking that starts in the vineyard. He is passionate about crafting wines that reflect the uniqueness of the sites where the grapes are grown.
Steve will lead us through 10 different wines expressive of different sites over a four-course meal created by Executive Chef Mark Normoyle at Luna's Food and Wine Bar on the 11th of August.
