Event description

Description

The Digital Transformation Agency is excited to offer our Getting started with the Digital Service Standard training course. It is designed to provide foundational skills on understanding and meeting the Digital Service Standard (the Standard).

What will I learn?

At the end of the course, participants will have an improved understanding of:

  • the mindset, skillset and tools required to meet the Standard

  • mandate for and scope of the Standard

  • their role in supporting digital transformation and contributing to simple, clear and fast services

Is it for me?

This course is designed for government employees who need to have a basic understanding of the Standard, who have just started working in service teams, or are working alongside service teams (e.g. in policy, communications or support teams).

Places to the course are strictly limited. Non-attendance without replacement may incur fees being charged to your agency.

Please note that some agencies, especially larger agencies, also run this course internally. You can check with your agency's digital transformation team or coordinator to find out more.

This training is not currently available to non-government employees. Please use your gov.au email address when registering interest.

The DTA would like to thank the Bureau of Meteorology for kindly hosting this event. If you are from BOM please email us to nominate.

We reserve the right to reschedule the training if we have insufficient registrations, and to give preference to employees of non-corporate Commonwealth entities.
