Preparing Capability Statements: A capability statement is a document that communicates the capacity of your business to prospective buyers and customers. It should cover the what, where, and how of your business. In this workshop we will:
- Identify the key components of a capability statement;
- Look at different styles of capability statements; and
- Develop a strong outline and necessary information for your capability statement.
At the end of the workshop you will take away a great draft and ideas for you new and/or improved capability statement.

Getting Ready To Tender: Winning work through tendering sounds easy - but submitting a tender is one of the biggest decisions you can make in building your business opportunities. Tendering is notoriously time-consuming and complicated. So the first question you need to ask is: Is your business ready to tender?
In this workshop we will learn about:
- Formal requests for Quote and different types of Tenders;
- The different parts of a tender;
- Developing our company case studies and other requirements for tendering; and
- How to decide what opportunities are best for your business.
At the end of the workshop you will take away an action plan to help you get ready to tender and/or documents to add to your tender library to improve your chances for your next tender.
