The National Disability Insurance Agency in partnership with Latrobe Community Health will be running “Getting Ready for Planning” sessions. These sessions are designed to help people with disability, as well as their families and carers, get ready for their NDIS planning conversation.
The session will cover topics such as:
• What is the planning conversation?
• What questions will I be asked during the planning conversation?
• What are goals, and how do I develop goals for my plan?
• How to start your plan
