Description

Free information session for women interested in being candidates for the South Australian local council election in November 2018.

Facilitator is Cr Anne-marie Hubycz from Port Adelaide Enfield Council.

Speakers are Cr Marijika Ryan from Campbelltown Council and Cr Carol Muszyk from Playford Council.

Registrations close Saturday 19 May 2018.

Women participants at the information sessions will receive ALGWA SA’s free resource pack: Women Can. The resource pack is part of the advocacy by ALGWA SA to improve the current under-representation of women in local councils.

“Getting Elected – Women Can” is the campaign organised by the Australian Local Government Women’s Association South Australian Branch Inc.
