Getting back "You time" is all about looking after your own mental & physical health, to allow you to have balance in your life.

About this Event

As a mother, a big part of your life is loving, caring for, and nurturing others. To improve your energy levels, happiness and be able to share the best version of you with your loved ones, you need to make time for self care & have "You time". Find out how to balance caring for others and caring for you in this Masterclass, which will have three sessions within the 2 hours.

Nutrition ~ Don't let food be a chore or stressor ~

Understand the impact of food on your energy levels. Learn ways to save time and money while providing good nutrition to you and your family.

Connect with your mind, body and soul through yoga. No experience needed, we focus on connection and fun!

All attendees will receive a goodie bag!
