In celebration of Men’s Health Week, we are encouraging Dads to discover their hidden chef and find out just how easy it can be to cook delicious family-favourite meals that are nutritious too!
Join Joel Feren, The Nutrition Guy, as he shows you easy meals you can make at home that will impress the whole family.
This event is for Dads (or father figures/guardian) and their children (at least 10 years old) to learn how they can cook easy and yummy meals together at home. It’s a great opportunity to spend time together, while having fun in the kitchen and gaining new life skills at the same time. There are also many fun things to do in the Youth Hub such as table tennis, pool table, video games and more!
You can also connect with other families on the evening.

*Please note, Dad’s must be accompanied with their children (10-25yo) for this event. Each ticket is for 2 people (father and child)
